Using Siemens T.I.A., “Total Integrated Automation”, and T.I.P.,“Total Integrated Power”, has allowed greater system flexibility to meet our customer’s needs. The use of Switchboards, PLCs, Operator Interfaces, as well as Motor Control Centers with Intelligent Overloads, Soft Starts, Variable Frequency Drives, and Power Monitoring, gives the system full plant control.Our UL508 and Siemens Panel Shop enables us to produce quality Combination Starters, Soft Starts, and Variable Frequency Drive units; with fast, customer requested modifications. Any type of panel from Motor Control to Process Control is available upon request.
Packaged Variable Frequency Drive
Rocksolid has developed a packaged variable frequency drive used for existing valve and damper control processes. This drive can replace analog or digital driven systems easily, furthermore it saves energy which reduces electrical costs. In most cases the utility company will work with the customer on the installations. Please contact for R.O.I. calculations (Return On Investments).
